Through August 22nd: The Perseids Meteor Shower makes it appearance every year and this year is expected to be a very good showing with no moon in the sky. Evening Sky Tours is highlighting the Perseids meteor shower through August 22 on tours. The peak activity will occur August 11-13, with up to 80 meteors per hour.
