Celebration of Spring –
Carnival and Egg Hunt

Date: March 31, 2018
Time: 9:00am – 2:00pm

Event Description:
This is much more than just an egg hunt. Join us March 31 from 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. for this fun, action packed event for families and all those in the community. Once you arrive, walk to the Posse Grounds Park lower softball field for entrance onto the multiuse field for games and vendors.

Inflatable toys for kids, face painting, carnival rides and much more are included.
The official egg hunt will begin at 10:00 a.m. for children 12 years of age and younger
(parents will only be allowed to search with age group 2 and under). Children will be divided by age groups and there are over 21,000 eggs waiting to be found. Children need to bring their own baskets.
Egg hunts will be divided into four age groups: 0-2, 3-5, 6-8
and 9-12.
Egg hunts begin at 10 a.m. for age groups 6-8 and 9-12,

and 10:15 a.m. for age groups 0-2 and 3-5.

Local business will be on site with booths with various instructors with fun and interactive displays for children. The Easter bunny will be on hand for picture taking.

Event: Red Rocks Music Festival 

Dates: September 8 – 28, 2018

Event Description:
The Red Rocks Music Festival is from September 8th to September 28th, 2018
at the Sedona Creative Life Center.

The music will feature the world renowned violinist

Shlomo Mintz in a Gala Solo recital, Pianist Sandra Shapiro ” In My Father’s Footsteps –
a daughter’s search for answers”.
“From the Romantic to Jazz” and “Dialogue through Music” will be performed by David Ehrlich, Anna Kazepides, violins, Rami Solomonow, viola, Jan Simiz, cello, Michael Kazepides, Double-Bass, Teresa Ehrlich, piano and Nikola Djurica, clarinet.

Event: The Lighting of 6,000 Luminarias – Festival of Lights 

Date: December 8, 2018

Time: from 3:00pm to 8:00pm

Event Description:
The Annual Festival of Lights this year includes a schedule of wonderful musical entertainment.
For the children, there will be a visit from Santa. The event will have free cider.
The River of Life Tabernacle Choir will be performing.

At the tolling of the bell tower at 5:00pm, the lighting of 6,000 luminarias gets
underway in Tlaquepaque’s courtyards and walkways.
This grand tradition of the Festival of Lights began 45 years ago
and is a highly anticipated holiday event in Sedona.

Specially designated luminarias to honor cancer survivors
can be purchased in Patio del Norte as well.
